 We're Having An Epiphany...
You may have never heard of the Feast of the Epiphany. It's a really old church tradition that celebrates the coming of Christ to the Gentiles as symbolized by the Magi (Wise Men). I've always wondered why the Wise Men don't get an Advent candle. Seems like they deserve one. Well it turns out they get a whole feast day right after Christmas. So to mark that event we're having a potluck after church in the sanctuary. You know the drill. We'll take down the chairs and set up the tables in 10 minutes. Bring a salad, main dish, or soup. We always seem to get a gourmet selection! We'll also resume our 9am Sunday School and Adult Bible Fellowships on Sunday. See you there... In Him, Dave
