Walking Trails

In May of 2006 we assumed ownership of 24 acres within the city limits of Streetsboro.  Although we not ready to build quite yet, we are beginning to use the mostly wooded property as a place to walk, reflect, and pray.  We have created an approximate 1.5 mile trail loop and welcome anyone from Tinkers Creek or the surrounding community to use the trails during daylight hours.

When will we build on this land?  That depends on several things that are hard to predict.  We would like to pay-off or pay-down the debt on this property before building a facility.  So that's our first focus.  Our Governing Board is keeping a watch on our progress and will move forward when the time seems right.  An educated guess might have us taking the next step in 1.5 to 2 years.

Open To The Public
Two trails are open to the public on the church property at 9825 Page Rd. in Streetsboro [get map] There are two loops: a short loop of .5 mile and a longer loop of 1.5 miles. Anyone is welcome to walk during daylight hours.  There's a small parking lot with trail guides on Page Rd.

Guidelines:
1) Walk at your own risk
2) Respect the property and the people on it.
3) Pick up after yourself (and your dog).
4) No yodeling (it seemed like we should prohibit something).
